The consultancy was started to support artists in their graphical, computing and technological needs, offering them assistance ranging from managing a small computer system or setting up a simple accounting system, through to creating e-commerce websites for selling artists work on the internet and optimising existing websites to improve their ranking on search engine pages - a process called SEO.
Soon non-artists began to use the website design and optimisation service.
